Purpose of processing: The register is used for answering inquiries that comefrom the contact form

Data content: The register consists of company/organization name, firstand last name of the contact person, phone number and email address

Regular data sources: The data is obtained from the contact form sent from thewebsite

Regular data transfers: No transferring

Data transfer outside the EU orthe EEA: No transferring

Principles of registry protection

Personal dataobtained from the contact form is stored on the company's own server until theperson has been answered. If needed, the data is also stored after answering,in case the contact leads to a customer relationship.

Rights regarding processing of personal data

The right to inspect data: Everyone has the right to inspect their personal data saved inthe personal register.

The right to correct data: Everyone has the right to require false data to be correctedin the personal register.

Other rights: The registered person has the right to refuse the registerholder from processing data regarding him- or herself for the purpose of directsales, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinionresearch and matriculation and genealogy research. The sole purpose of the dataobtained from the contact form is to answer the contacts and to market ourservices.
